There is no red pill stance on this kind of thing. You are asking the wrong questions.

Rather, ask yourself WHY do I even worry about it? Worrying about when, or if, means you are concerned with what the woman thinks. Fuck that. Do what you want from a place of being in charge of your life. Get to a place where you text or not, so what. If you forget about her or she forgot about you, so what.

The whole point of Trp is to take control of your life, understand mating strategies, understand female psychology/behaviors, and understand the negative impact of feminism on society.

Advice would be to text sporadically, text to set plans, give two thirds of what she gives you, avoid over formalized punctuation, and never text last.
