Learn to ignore it.

They do it to boost their own insecurities.

Easy ways to deal with it would be: Laugh with them, accept anything they say, and ignore.

Physical confrontations don't typically help, they will actually end up making things worse for you.

The more you get bothered by what they say, the more they will do it. If they call you a bitch, laugh and say "that's funny", then turn around and go back to your work. If they say you suck dick, say "sure whatever", and then go back to work. Keep a positive or neutral tone.

They want a negative reaction from you, if you give them a positive or neutral one, it ruins their mood and in the end they stop. It may not seem "manly" but that's not the point.

Women want to see confidence, when they see that shit doesn't bother you and you can play it off, then it makes the other guys look pathetic for trying to say stupid shit to you.

So the first thing you need to do is start giving 0 fucks about what they say.

You will always get taken advantage of in a situation where you don't have enough abundance to walk away. This is probably not the answer you want, but it's the correct one.

They are either giving you shit because they give each other shit (like another commenter said) but most likely they see you as a bitch. I would immediately consider these options (as usual, you're not giving us the FULL STORY so I can't pick for you but this is what comes to mind).

Give as good as you get. They call you a bitch, call them little pussies. If you don't know how to respond to men who will challenge you, this is the time to learn. If you're in fear for your job, record them calling you bitch beforehand.
Tell on em. You obviously are either skinny and/or fat and/or meek/ and/etc. You obviously need to start lifting and stop being such a pussy. In the meantime, tell HR on them. Work is such a small subsection of life. Sometimes, beta moves are the best move at a job because at the end of the day, you're not bagging chicks, your making a living, so you have to learn to play the game. Get record of em doing it, bring it to HR, and basically try to ensure they don't do it again. When it subsides, PUSH to get your SMV up outside of work.

If it was me, I would give them back what they gave me, and work to become a more masculine identity. They wouldn't call you a bitch after that.

Edit: I don't have a picture of you or know you, but you're most likely an easy target. If you think about it, you probably agree, and you probably know WHY you're a big target. So work to change that.

Name calling among men where I live is a friendly thing, getting butt-hurt about it outs you as a lesser man. Roll with it, and give what you get. Your mileage may vary.

The difference between them bullying you, and being your friend is whether you laugh and give them shit back. Make sure you don't give it back in a butthurt way, or they'll eat you alive.

My workplace also has a lot of that. I find it's generally good natured. In the past though, when people have crossed a line with me (for example I take issue with words like "punk" or "bitch"), what I've done is just walk up to them, hold eye contact and just say "listen I know it's all in good fun, but I can't allow anyone to call me a punk. I just want you to know there's an issue with that". Usually they apologize and I've never had a problem after that.

In other words don't act like a bitch about it. Just man to man, tell them what you're telling us.

Whatever you do don't file one of those stupid fucking HR grievances or whatever because that's retarded.
