tl;dr I went out to get myself food after SO had passed out and shouldn't drive. She drove after I got back and was upset.

So the person I'm seeing right now has a low blood pressure issue, I'm not sure what it's called--some three letter alphabet soup disease. Anyway if she passes out due to low blood pressure she is not supposed to drive. I did not know this and allowed her after passing out to drive the two of us home. After arriving home I got my things together to go to a fast food restaurant for dinner, I offered to get her something from the fast food place but since she also has Chron's disease she couldn't eat anything from the fast food place. So I left to get myself something to eat. I come back and she goes out to get herself something to eat. She comes back and we watch DVD's until we go to sleep and during this time she's cold to my touch but I think little of it, after all she passed out earlier this day and is probably interested in her health more than some carnal affection.

The next morning I hear all about how I fucked up. Before I left to get food she got the notion that I was indifferent to her illness and didn't care if she would be unconscious alone in the apartment. This obviously isn't the case and I explained to her that I did not intend to put off that vibe then she moved onto how it's my fault for not asking her what other food I could get for her since she should not be driving after passing out (I had NO IDEA that passing out=no driving). I feel there was the opportunity for her to ask me for some other food option since I did ask her about food from the fast food place, but since I didn't ask "is there something else I can get for you?" this is my fault. At thing point in our discussion I didn't know how to respond so I apologized for not asking her the aforementioned question. I told her I'll remember that she isn't allowed to drive on a day she passes out and that I'll be more conscious of her diet.

Did I really do anything wrong? I'm beginning my journey into TRP and I've read Models and No More Mr. Nice Guy, in fact, those books helped me get this girl in the first place.

Lessons learned: if the SO passes out, don't let her drive. Specifically ask about providing other food options that fit SO's diet.
