Hey guys, anyone got a link to more advice on LTR's and discussion around them?

I've turned a plate into an LTR and I couldn't find much in the sidebar?

I've got her taught not to blow up and sulk. She comes straight to me with any issue she has now. We discuss and it's sorted. But she is shit testing hard some days. I'm getting quite sick of it and it either has to stop or she has got to go.
