Whether they come from women, or AMOGs. What are some strategies for discouraging/putting them down?

What I'm referring to is when someone attacks the items/property/tools you use, in an attempt to frustrate you (because attacking you verbally no longer works- you're basically ignoring them).

For example, they know your work is in your computer so they grab it and destroy it- or, they look for situations where you are doing work and use whatever means they can to openly ruin it. The essence of the action is to get you angry at them, to make you frustrated/tight and remove your counter to their previous frame shaking attempts.

How can you

  1. prevent frame from being broken (the immediate reaction is anger? losing something you took so long to build)
  2. pre emptively shut down this kind of behavior?
