I found the red pill just before I started medical school while I was well on my way towards becoming a greater beta. When I made it to medical school I noticed that all of the men I admired had much more life experience, charisma, communication skills, and operated from a much more dignified frame. They were all much older than me, worked different jobs before, and had a chance to travel before medical school.

Most of the people who came to medical school from an accelerated route (like me) look like chumps in terms of social skills and frame. Considering that most of my time is spent hitting the books preparing for exams, what are some ways I can develop better small talk, social skills, and written communication? I do stick to a good meal plan and workout program already, in case someone was to recommend that. I'm also not looking to get laid quickly, just looking to up my game and quality of life.
