So I am going about a week and abit without having a fap which is working for me, but I wouldnt mind increasing that abit so that I have even more drive to do game and approach, however not fapping for too long seems to have the effect of making girls I would not normaly find attractive increase in how attractive I find them. So should I just wait till I start seeing this behaviour in myself, then have a fap to avoid this as after calling it off with my now ex on Monday, I have made the promise to myself 7/10+ or nothing at all...that and you should bang the fuggly ones haha.
