A huge part of game is sub conscious, this is apparent to anyone who has been in pickup for even a short amount of time, and some of the first effect you have on a girls sub conscious is what they see of you, this is were body language comes in and is so important as it sets you up in the girls sub conscious. As a guy who gets compliment by women and other PUA's alot, yet has had to learn this from the ground up I have a few tips for the new guys.

  1. Tilt your rear view mirror up abit so you have to situp to see behind you. This sounds really weird but it forces you to situp, straighten your back, get rid of any hunches you have, push your chest out and is damn effective.

  2. Shoulders slightly forward and relaxed. I used to hold my shoulders very far back along with tensed like I was always under threat, this was due to how uncomfortable I felt in a social situation. As soon as I learnt to relax them (stretching helps, especially if you gym) it felt alot more natural and didnt feel as up tight.

  3. Hand on your hips(NOT IN YOUR POCKETS!). This does a few things, the first is that it does what is called "power posing" which actually does boost your confidence by releasing chemical in your brain, dont believe me? Search the term "power posing", it has been brought up on this sub before. The second effect putting your hands on your hips is that it takes up more space, and in turn makes you look more powerful and dominant.

  4. Legs apart abit. This adds to the last part by taking up more space and again adding to that image of power and dominance.

  5. Tilt your head back abit, just abit. Putting your head back again makes you look just abit taller and adds to that image of you being in power.

  6. THE BIG ONE. This is something I just noticed and added in the other day which immediately turned heads. When you walk put your hands on your hips, feel how they move when you take a step, you will probably feel as your leg moves back propelling you forwards your hip will move forwards (opposite direction). Now walk along and intentionally move your hip back as you take a step so it goes back as your leg goes back, it mite feel abit different at first but it feels natural very quick from my experience. I honestly am not sure how this is effective, im thinking it may play a big role in your body language as it connects your upper and lower along with being at your core, plus it feels very similar to strutting but more natural if that makes any sense.

Alot of your body language will fall in as you hit the gym, get more confident with your abilities and environment hence it will fine tune itself, but the best way to learn is to fake it till you make it in my experience.
