Recently began researching the game and all it entails. At first I thought all you guys were a bunch of creeps, rapists, and douchebags. After a lifetime of rejection, only one girlfriend, and a handful of one-night stands, something clicked. I want to be alpha.

That being said, I have a question for those experienced in the game. I understand mentalism can be used in pickup, which I will be studying. My magic experience, however, is in cards. Recently I began modifying card routines to give me an excuse to touch her hands, look her in the eyes, "now think of your card" kind of thing.

Does anyone here use card tricks? When is the appropriate time to pull out the deck? Can it be an opener or should it happen after she asks about your hobbies?
