My brother is pretty alpha. he doesn't know about the manosphere. But he is a go getter, and sets goals. Works hard and games hard too. Doesn't lift or take care of his health sadly. Anyways, all that aside; he was asking me my goals and I came to the realization that I have no solid goals. Approximate ones. But none that are written down. Thats fucked. He explained how much of a fatal flaw this is in my routine. I look up to him and it was also generally good advice. So I took it seriously. Is there a quick primer about how to set and achieve goals on here? The one that is already provided is not really detailed enough. Could any just give me an approximate list of their goals? https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/2131ox/goals_a_quick_guide_on_how_to_attain_them/ I was hoping to get a few page guide so I could set them up tonight. "goals" by brian tracy is a book I just ordered. I will add it to my list. But for now, any suggestions to get started? Preferably anyone's personal list/document would be good And would good protocol be to make one overarching goal for this next year and then have smaller related goals? How do I quantify a goal like "I want to impress my boss at this internship" or "I want to learn a lot at this internship" I have no control at all over what projects I get assigned and what skills are needed to complete those projects (I work in software)
