I have moved in with my parents today and dropped out of university. I have had blood pressure problems for 5 years now and my bp is about 150-160/95-110 at all the times but the docs say it is anxiety and depression. My parents refuse to believe that depression is an illness and say that they have done everything to make me happy and it's not possible for me to have anything and it's just laziness. I went to a psychologist in the city that I study and he said I needed medicines as my anxiety disorder was way worse than 99 percent of the people he has seen. This week I am dropping out of the uni and starting my blood pressure meds as hypertension is giving me dizziness and headaches.

This summer, my gf cheated on me and I have zero friends so it is easy to move in with parents as I have nothing to lose. My dad abuses me a lot verbally and has always treated me like s**t, saying that I am good for nothing and am only lazy. I am really fit for my age and am the perfect weight. I jog and walk everyday. Heavy lifting makes me feel dizzy

I am 21 and have accepted my fate as I have been suffering from depression for as long as I can remember. I can't feel happy and feel sad all the time. My parents say that I am a bad guy from the inside who doesn't respect anything hence I have problems in life.
