I am in LTR. When she meets her friends she didn't see for long time with me, her attention totally relocates to them until the end of meeting. She doesn't do any PDA when her friends are around, but doesn't reject ever if I do it.

I talked with her about that every social event she gives more attention to other people than me(if at all). She usually holds me when we walk, but when with friends, she doesn't do that.

I asked her if this is going to be the case in any social event, and why does she act like other people are more important than me.

The case is I would not treat her as second priority at social events. I am not saying she has to be with me all freaking time, but to show that I matter more than other random friends.
