You need to express your interest in these ladies. Build some rapport with conversation in person. Then once you see some IOI's from them, message them to meet up.

You could say something like "Hey girl D, I'm going to the basketball game tonight at 7, come with me.". By taking the lead here you get put ahead of 95% of males in your school.
