Is this fairly accurate?

I'm no expert on this , my experiences are low, but from what I have seen white women will let you look them in the eye if they want you just for a BRIEF MOMENT then they will look away and then its up to you to make a move, and they won't look back either for a long time. if they don't like you they won't even let you make eye contact imo
