Here's some quick tips that are typically the most major hurdles.

Stop watching porn.
Stop thinking these women are better than you. They are not.
repeat: They are not better than you, they shit just like you do.
Get in shape and gain some confidence.

If you want to be better are approaching women - Approach women more often. Even when you are nervous. This is the only way. You can't read about how to not be nervous and anxious, you need to go through this step. Do the others first, and this one will be easier. Do them at the same time if you want.

bonus tip 6: All this is useless without action. You can sit and read as much as you want, but if you want the results, you have to DO.

For me, it was the countless rejections that have allowed me to be successful and true IDGAF.

I've been told no by women so much in my BP days till i figured shit out and how to talk to them.

Learning to be numb to rejection is one of your best tools. I can turn a lot of no situations into yes now because "no" longer holds power over me.

If i ask a girl out and she says no, NO PROBLEM! In fact she jus gave me a reason to find another girl to sprinkle my attention upon OR she gave me a reason to really not give a shit and use our interaction for my own entertainment, most of the times I jus talk shit to em like I do my little sisters and girl cousins, even if there older.

Sell her a dream, paint her a picture, get her to the climax of your conversation and leave on a cliff hanger to briefly talk to another girl on your way to the bathroom. If shes still waiting for you when you get back then you just flipped a no to a yes. Doesn't mean she will sit on face but the oppurtunity hasnt snuck by you.
