Cheating is highly damaging for the reputation, if you're doing it I strongly suggest you to be careful about it.
Recently I came to learn that it damages things other than the reliability one has in personal relationships, it stretches to professional engagements too. Don't be the guy everyone knows that cheats on his girlfriend, mainly not in college.

Is it possible to keep this going, and if so, how?

I suggest you to consider why you want a relationship.

Are you afraid of being alone? Scarcity?

Do you need her emotional support?
This is the thing that will hurt you the most. WHEN (because she will) she hooks up you'll rest assured she did it with a guy that outplays you because you know she's hypergamous, and you'll be acutely aware that you're the cucked bb, and one she isn't even possessive about, completely fungible for her. You'll need a lot more of emotional support when this happens, and it will happen.

Friends with benefits aren't open relationships. The fuck sessions can't be regular or you'll develop possessiveness towards each other (mainly her to you, but it goes both ways). Get your shit figured out.

Well, despite of that I'm sure that are working arrangements for open relationships, some guys are able to keep such a strong AF frame and date women so capable of abstraction that the women become ok with it being one way open, just as long as they just share the cock.
