I have oneitis for a coworker. She's into me (highly attracted, emotional affair), but because I'm married with kids and she's in an LTR she rejected me when things came to a head last week and I basically told her I wanted her.

So now I need to get over her but here's the problem:

I've tried withdrawing attention from her in the past, but it makes her come back to me with a vengeance. I think she gets scared she's losing me as an orbiter so she'll start trying to heavily flirt, saying she misses me, running errands for me, dissing her LTR more, dressing in outfits she knows I like more, showing me pics of her stomach, giving me puppy dog eyes etc. Honestly one time she found an excuse to walk past my desk and said 'good morning' to me with a whimper which made her sound like a wounded deer or something.

It sucks because I fall for this every time. We slowly start getting back to our normal emotional affair, secret lunch meetings etc. But this time I must be strong and not allow this to happen.

How do I do this? She will call me out on a change in behaviour - do I deny this "been busy" or confront it "you've made your feelings clear and now I'm moving on"?
