When I first got into TRP, around January of 2016, I still had oneitis for this one chick. I fantasized about both of us getting married during our 30s and that kind of shit. All of that was going on as I digested all things TRP. I would lust for other girls but I still had the oneitis. It wasn't until many months later that my attachment to my oneitis started fading away. I did it the most natural way possible. The issue with guys like us is that we have an emotional attachment to someone we admire from afar without exposing our true feelings and or intentions.

Write down a list of every conceivable thing you don't like about her on a piece of notebook paper. Your scarcity-driven lower brain (hamster) is sending you pleasure chemicals to tell you to have sex with her and reproduce. You need to use your logical upper brain to stop this repetitive thinking in its tracks by replacing it with reality. Keep this list on you or available to you. Every time you think about her, read it and imbed those hard truths into your head.

Also:

Start building rapport with other girls so you can begin to fuel an abundance mentality.
Stop looking at any of her social media whatsoever.
Understand that narcissistic women are like parasites. There are women out there who want to your relationship to be mutually beneficial.
