I'm currently doing a course which requires me to work in a relatively large group of girls. This has caused me many issues as of late but the most annoying, being; when I'm a boardroom environment I find my neck stiffens and I end up looking straight at the person talking, over time I've found the girls find this extremely agitating and constantly use passive aggressive tactics such as flicking hair, scrunching water bottles or just being overly dismissive time and time again.

It's got to the point where it's affecting my work in front of others and half of the time I don't know where to look or how to deal with this. I also know they hamster about it between themselves as they barely talk to me without being covertly rude or trying to put me off.

Help would be appreciated people
