Got a girl's number off POF, says she hates texting so we talk on the phone instead. Problem is after a few minutes of talking she'll say she'll call back or has to do something. This has happened just about every time we've spoken so far.

Conversation is always dry or empty and doesn't give me anywhere to go so I'm not sure how to escalate without coming off creepy by pushing sex into it.

Not sure if it's just the girl or if it's me. It's very odd because I usually have no problem carrying a conversation but she gives me nothing to work with.

How can I escalate in a a situation like this?
