Bounce off things shes says with short teasing remarks / things which create rapport.

"That's what they all say" "Ah that's true, but then again everyone knows that XY so Z" with a grin;

ask her questions which elicit responses about how she FEELS about something;

create a complicit situation i.e. "we should totally take over the world together / rob a bank / X now that we know that we both Z".

So many things. Improvise, don't stick to a script or it will sound like you're sticking to a script.

Most importantly, ** you need to be having fun**. My general frame of mind is that it's all one hilarious joke and she's in for the ride. This allows flirtatious convos and kino to happen much more naturally. Good luck.

Improve SMV

Teasing and amused mastery aka don't be boring (or autistic).

Once you master it, you won't even think what to say, just be in the now and tease her about something she does/wears etc you get the idea.

Also as other guys said, max out your SMV.

Unless you are borderline autistic, "interview mode" is most likely not your conversation skills, but her lack of interest in you.
