talking to a girl from my college class. She's 18 and I'm 21. Hot, good at math, funny, awkward, nerdy, and shy. I could always tell there was good chemistry between us. We have been texting on and off for 3 days now. I always look for opportunities to escalate sexually. Lots of flirty, polarizing texting from my end, I have been laying down the mac hard.

The problem is that she isn't flirting back, but she keeps talking to me. She kind of just pretends it's not happening or she cracks a joke (always about me and a male classmate being in love for some reason, it started with the other classmate). If things get too erotic, she changes the subject.

Last night she told me she was staying up on her phone very late. I was out with some friends and I told her I wanted to go out with her right then and there, but she said she'd rather lay in bed and stay on her phone.

I got home soon after that and flirted with her more, trying to warm her up to eventually exchanging some pictures, but she kept on deflecting my intentions.

Are these the famous shit tests? Whenever she deflects my shit I pretend like it never happened and just keep going till another opportunity shows itself and I make the conversation more sensual, but it's just more of the same. I get the feeling she is using me for attention, which would suck.

Should I keep trucking along, ignore her some, something else? She also has a boyfriend (found out from classmate) but has not mentioned him at all despite the fact that he'd go nuts if he read what I was sending her.
