I'll be in a fairly ideal threesome situation (with 2 girls) this weekend and need some advice on sealing the deal. I'm 24 and usually do well getting individual girls but have never had a threesome.

Some background: These 2 girls are old friends of mine from childhood whom I now live across the country from. In recent years with social media etc. we've became close again and have a group chat that we talk in regularly. I flew out to visit them 3 years ago in a similar trip. No need to ridicule me for not getting the job done that time around, I know I should have, but we hadn't seen each other in forever and it was all a bit weird especially at first. Nonetheless we stayed in a drank and the 2 girls ended up briefly making out that night and we all passed out in the same bed. Since then, one of them came out as being bi and recently was dating a girl. The other is straight (aside from when drunk perhaps?)

So, this weekend we'll all be staying together, going out and clubbing most of the time, and I should have some good odds at this. I need to know some dos and don'ts going into this situation so I don't ruin everything for myself early on. Also, assuming things are going well, I'm wondering the best way to initiate something. I'm a bit worried about them directing all their attention to each other, ignoring me completely, and I end up third-wheeled. I feel this way because they've already sorta hooked up before and are just closer to each other in general.
