TRP has a lot of posts remind you that friends backstab you, don’t trust them specifically with girls. I’m wondering about some lower-level “fake” friend actions.

Some of my friends have been excluding me, basically not inviting me to hang out as much (b/c of their controlling ass gfs). I end up seeing them still because of our close social circle, at the skatepark and stuff etc.

So my question is how would you act toward a person like this? Just be happy and friendly because why be salty? Be reserved and say hello, but don’t engage them? Ignore them completely?

It’s not like we’re totally not on speaking terms, it’s just a bit awkward. I don’t want to be salty but I don’t want to act like I’m cool with being treated like I’m less-than.
