I could see fapping working for you by providing you that release and can train your brain that you're not at the mercy of the ladies to get that satisfaction

Actually, you are putting them in the pedestal subconsciously this way. When you fap you get bombarded with dopamine and in the long run you can get easily addicted to that, especially if you use porn. That means that the more you fap, the more women will be in your head. Your dominating thoughts become the obsession of your life.

While many hate on NoFap, whenever I stopped fapping for a few days I felt more clarity and paradoxically, less desire for women. I stopped putting them into the pedestal. I realised I had better shit to do.

This honestly makes sense, I can't explain you the exact scientific reason, but I'm sure it has to do with dopamine receptors and progressive weakening of the synapses.

The more women are in your head, the more you risk fucking up your life. You start exxagerating their value in your mind, and stop being rational. Personal experience.

Not getting laid has nothing to do with how much you fap.

You don’t look more attractive by not fapping, so if you didn’t get laid when you fapped you’re not suddenly going to become more bang able to girls, you’re just going to become desperate.

The reason you aren’t getting laid is because you’re unattractive so hit the gym and get a better wardrobe before you decide to just stop fapping lol

Yes it will, if I eat cheesecake for dinner every day. I'll gain weight and might become diabetic.

If I'm a caveman in freezing weather, could cheesecake keep me alive? Yes, it definitely could. Tons of fat, sugar, and good protein content.
