I say don’t get the tats. Women are seen as more LTR material if they have less tats

That's a lot to process for any man.

A. You got Implants. For me, I don't mind em, in fact I like em.

B. You got them removed. That right there is a mind fuck and the crux of this. It makes you seem indecisive and willing to make big changes on a whim.

C. The scar / a tat to cover a scar. You are right to wonder about the scar here, normally it would be no issue. I think personally I'd land on you making a bad choice for a good reason with the tat but only if I thought you were quality. No matter what you are fighting an uphill battle here. Because of that, I'd say just do whichever you want and if you like guys with tats they normally don't seem to be put off by tats on girls. I don't have any and I can put up with a few small tasteful ones. Murals or sleeves I find repulsive. Ultimately, I'm sure you know, the elephant in that room isn't going to be the scar or a tattoo, it's everything leading up to it. What you do is innocuous in comparison.
