Some texts she responds to within seconds or minutes then other times waits hours or even like 12-24 hrs later to reply

Just playing games or a sign of not interested??

I respond to texts when I see them which means almost always within 2-3 hrs at the most although with this particular girl I did leave on read for over a day earlier this week because there was nothing I felt like saying

Ex:

I send text, she replies 20 hours later, I respond after a few hours and she replies instantly to that one... what is the point LoL??
