I'm on a medication that has my prolactin level at 28 as well. I have zero sex drive and have experienced ED when with girls. It sucks

the problem with these hormones is they go up and down all the time. everything from eating, sleeping, and working out can effect them.

546 is a tons better than most guys on TRT who have like 200-300.

prolactin is hormone that can be offset by dopamine. also having sex is a prolactin grenade it will raise it for a while.
