Any one here have multiple sources of income?

I'm 22 with a year left in my degree and my hope is to create multiple sources of income for myself and avoid debt as much as possible.

Examples: Rental income (condos), business income (pizza store), primary income (a side job), passive dividend income (DRIP), investment income (Growth stocks).

Also what is the RP stance on having a partner (LTR) to accomplish these. Should it be done together or can you even trust woman in this domain?
