First thing you’re gonna do is lift.

A lot of people in your life are going to try to stop you- parents telling you that it’s bad for you, friends saying you’re a tool, women telling you to stay in bed.

Don’t ever let anyone stop you from working on yourself. I’ve had a lot of shit from people about how religiously I’ve lifted over the last year (5-6x a week, never taken a day off), but you know what? I’ve never had a plate complain about how I can throw her around a room like a tennis ball.

Do proper research about how best to gain muscle and keep low body fat.

You’re also going to read the sidebar, and try to realise that literally nobody outside your family actually matters that much. Trust me, the people you know right now aren’t the people you’ll know in a couple of years. Study hard, game girls, have fun.

You’ve started to unplug very young, so you have an advantage over the weak men in your age group. Use it.

Go out there and traumatize yourself my boy. All girls are like that. Just while doing it don't make any irreversible actions like marriage, ltrs, pregnancies and stds. Experience is the best lesson. Use the sidebar to help reference and stick to reading, read everything, not just to stuff, try to make counter arguments and find the best objectiv truth.
