Here's how I would respond. People have different styles when it comes to how to respond, so this approach may not be up your alley. Just FYI.

There's two things here:

She's accusing you of being a player. I typically ask how they define being a player? If she says that players are guys who lie to get women into bed. Then I would say "I like to meet women, but I'm open and honest about it. I don't lie".
She's saying you could easily find someone to replace her. To this I would say "yes, that's true. But you're attractive so you could also easily find someone to replace me"

Tell her why she is different in your opinion from other girls you’ve been. Tell her why she is special to you. That’s what she wants to hear. Then again if she is not special or different from other girls you met, well then she is right about her objection. You could lie and tell her she is but up to you with your moral choices.
