Maybe throw out a line to see what she is up to with the intention of getting her into another date with you. She may be genuinely busy but only way to find out is to ask her out again. Personally, I'd just invite her over to hang and sexy time.

Thanks for the advice man, think It was a mixture of my lack of effort and shes not ENTIRELY head over heels with me. A little text couldn't hurt though you are right.
