You don't have feelings for her but want a relationship with her?
That's a recipe for disaster. Figure out if you want a relationship in general or a relationship with THIS girl. Once you know your intentions it'll be a lot easier to put them into action.
But if you're hellbent on making a move then take her somewhere before or after the movie. Grab a drink, talk, kino make your intentions obvious. All though if you're going into this as friends you have to be willing to take the risk that you may not be friends afterwards. But that's fine because you'll find plenty of friends during your life.

what I meant was eventually if I do get feelings for her I would want a relationship, were only teenagers we can really go get a drink at a pub. But thanks for the advice ill try kino abit

Ah okay that makes more sense. Just do t get to hung up on the idea of a relationship just enjoy spending time with her and take it for what it is. You can always go for a coffee or milkshake before somewhere that allows for conversation where her attention is on you and not the film.
