"I want to take you out on a date" or some other variation of that, just as long as you're still straight forward. Making your intentions clear has nothing to do with how friendly she is and much more to do with how clear you are being towards her.

My problem is she so friendly its hard to make my intentions clear that I'm interested in her.

Her friendliness doesn't make it harder for you to make your intentions clear. It makes it harder for you to know if she is attracted to you.

But on the bright side, if you make your intentions clear, she will show if she's really attracted.
