Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding work. I work at a large clothing store with a lot of female employees of around my age (students). I'd say 80% of all employees are female. Now, when I am at work I have this very confident attitude, I smile and maintain eye-contact with my colleagues, I'm flirty and I get plenty of IOIs. I have this feeling like if I wanted to I could get any girl I want with ease at work.

Now my question is how do I transfer that kind of confidence to the "real world"? I'd say I'm quite confident but not to the level of my confidence while I'm at work. Any tips you could throw my way would be highly appreciated.
