texting is not my strength either, and i do believe that it will get better with time. Texting will be easier the better you get with women in general. A big thing to remember is that texting is not as important as anything that you can do in person, you should try to limit texting to making plans or something urgent if you can't see her for a while, don't use it to try to build attraction.

I am going to copy and paste this because your situation is pretty much relevant to the last person I just wrote.

When it comes to women, you have to think, they get the follow up call more often than not the next day by many guys, especially if they are hot. BORING. She wants someone that stands out, someone original. First of all, if you already took her out on a date, close in person with I had a great time with you tonight. That's it. Don't text her or call her. You don't need to remind her of anything. Let her sit on it and think. If you guys went out on a Saturday, give her a call back on Tuesday, ask her 'when are you available to go out again?' Set a definite date and time. Don't talk longer than ten minutes. Don't text more than 3 times. The phone is for setting dates, not for talking, that's what her friends are for. When you two are exclusive THEN you can talk to her whenever you want.

If she hits you up sooner than for example Tuesday, proceed with making a definite date and time to go out.

Your goal is to build anticipation, texting her all the time and telling her everything about you destroys any sense of mystery. What's left to learn about you if she knows everything?
