dude, I can almost say I Was in the exact same spot at your age. First thing, don't listen to these people who say getting in shape is the only answer. I lost fifty pounds at your age and yeah got slightly more interest from women when first getting to know them but then that was it. It's not so cut and dry. Good looking equals getting women, not true bruh. Anyone with any real experience can tell you this. You need to learn how to take lead. That is what really gets you, women. No matter what any woman would tell you, they all crave to be lead. In our time that idea is taboo or not pc. Well, guess what man, our biology doesn't care what is P.C and what isn't. Just like your physiology has a lot to do with what you want in a sexual partner the same goes for women. Dude another thing, you are sixteen. Do you think men are the only ones that are into younger partners? Women in their twenties love underaged guys. I hear it from them all the time. Women are much more perverse than men are speaking in a general sense. So this is what you do. Pick a target. If you think to your self, shes too old. Nope, your mind is wrong. You start off by telling her how young you are. Start off friendly and approachable like you already know how. That part is more valuable than you know. The first time you get her to really laugh touch her. And then you lead! You lead her! It doesn't matter where you lead her you just lead. Oh hey, that tree looks cool. Fuck 2014 you are young and you can get the type of women you want. Forget the ugly ones, go for the ones that you actually want to be around. Heres something else most people won't tell you. It's good to get the reputation as a player. Women like that even though they will tell you the opposite. Go for the ones you want. Its ok to fly under the radar at first. Start slow, touch her hand, then her waist, then her leg. Ease her into it unless she sticks her ass in front of you then grab that shit. Feel women, don't try and figure out women in your mind. It's pointless. Take the lead my latin friend. There are plenty of big bootied white girls for all of us 100 times over.
