I have for you my personal crib sheet from 2004-2009. It is complete with a choice excerpt from the RSD Tactical Manual, which was an instructors'-only manual back in 2006. https://docdro.id/CobkYdq Using these tactics, I met a few girlfriends in New York City between the ages of 23-25. These are still credited tactics for a 20-something.

In ~2004, David DeAngelo released his first product "Double Your Dating - Advanced Series." It was a contemporary study in masculinity beginning with his observation "Attraction is not a choice." It discussed masculinity in movies such as "A Streetcar Named Desire" and "Before Sunrise." DeAngelo's real name was Eban Pagan, student of Ross Jeffries, who used the name "sisonpyh" on Mystery's Lounge as a student, not as a guru. DeAngelo released any number of DVD seminars that never really cracked the code of meeting people. DeAngelo's next major success was a monthly installment series "Interviews with Dating Gurus," which featured Toecutter from one month. Thus, I stopped reading DeAngelo to read Toecutter in 2006.
