Hi guys, how are you? It's been years since I last explored/studied this seduction field, so I need some help. I apologize ahead if the post gets to big. :)

So, I'm from Brazil, I'm 30 years old and I'm currently living in Toronto. I work at this high level restaurant which was hiring yesterday and a friend of mine asked me to refer a friend of hers, which I did and we met up 40 minutes before the interview yesterday.

She's easily a 9/10, (around her 25-26 y/o) gorgeous brunete but very kind and with a good humor. I helped her and I was able to break the ice by assisting her and all of that stuff. And she got the job! :)

The thing is that I know that she doesn't seem me with "differently" or anything like that. There was no time to connect or anything, she just sees me as another Brazilian guy who helped her get a job. We talked a bit yesterday after the interview and it was fun and all, but nothing that wouldn't be considered more than small talk.

The catch is that if she stays in the company after her probation period, I'm gonna get a 175 dollars credit to use on any of the company's concept, so I told her that if she "behaves", I'd take her with me to enjoy that money at one of the restaurants. she liked the idea and all, but the things is that this in 3 months for now and a lot of things can happen. Her training begins next week and I'm going to be the responsible for it, at least for part of it.

To sum it up, I'd like to know what would be the best approach on this situation. How can I try to connect with her and maker her feel attracted by me if we're working together and I'm the guy who "got" the job for her?

Last but not least, she into gym and stuff like and and currently I'm not and I'm little overweight, but I'm tall, so it doesn't show much. People even get "offended" when I make fat jokes about myself because they not consider me fat. lol
