In the way that you obviously haven't developed much feelings for her or are fighting/ignoring the ones you have. I kinda see your point but either tell her that you don't mind the cuddling as long as the sex is good or ask her to be your official girlfriend. That way it'll bring some more excitement and the sex will get better. You're in a stalemate right now.

I don’t understand what a girlfriend is. Does that mean I have to and should just have times where we’re just like emotionally connecting? What if she stops wanting to have sex with me? Then I’m basically a cucked friend. And I’d rather not do that. That doesn’t make any sense. Can you explain further?
