HB7 - #close Happend least than a week after the above

I live in a communal townhouse with 8 of my friends. One night we decided to throw a party, so we send invites, an hour later the entire downstairs was packed (its 3 floors, 2nd & 3rd are rooms). One of my friend shows up (didn't invite her, she got invited indirectly from her friend), she brings 3 of her friends; HB5, HB6, HB7 (HB6 is HB7's older sister). I'm outside on the patio when they show up, said hi to my friend then let them inside and then continued talking to my other friends.

Eventually went inside and saw my friend along with her friends just standing watching a game of beer pong, I figured bitches love King's Cup, so I offered them a game of King's Cup (which they jumped at the idea). The layout of the table was a round table with 2 couches opposite each other along with 2 lounge chairs on each side, kind of a square with a circle inside. HB7 was sitting next to HB5 and my friend but there was a gap in between HB5 and HB7 as HB5 took a lounge chair while HB7 took the couch, so I decided to take the gap. I sat inbetween, exchanged formalities and started the game. HB5 for some reason, constantly got up from her chair to walk away somewhere, I figured I could use this as a way to open her. So as she left her chair, I decided to sit in it, she came back, I flirted a bit, then eventually gave her, her seat back.

As I stood up, HB7 (whom I was sitting next to in the first place) gave me the "come sit here" signal (patting on a location). Took the opportunity to sit in my original seat but I sat a lil closer than before, to the point where our legs were touching (IOI + kino?).

(Drunken haze sets in, to where everything is also sketchy and somewhat a blur as to where the events are hard to determine chronologically) I'm sitting in a lounge chair playing a drinking game, and HB7 is sitting next to me, these lounge chairs had their own armrest but it was so far away from the table I had to sorta lean into the table where my elbows was on my knees. HB7 said something (I don't know exactly but she wanted me to lift my arm so she can use my leg as an armrest?, IOI/kino?) so I oblige, but eventually my elbow ended back up on my knee, but this time she decides to put her arm on top of my arm, using my arm as an arm rest (her tricep on my bicep), I had my drink in my left-hand (so I can shake hands without fumbling around to switch hands), she had hers in her right, so we had to go around each others forearm just to drink (kinda like during weddings when the groom and bride drink the champagne after they cut the cake).

That's gotta be some kind of IOI, right?

Few moments pass, and I'm heading back outside and I notice my friend and her friends HB6 and HB7 (HB5 disappeared, didn't really care for it) were leaving, so held the door open for them as they were exiting (somewhat in a hurry), my friend then doubles back and gives me a goodbye hug with her friend HB7 waiting on her, so my friend then leaves, and HB7 comes and gives me a hug (caught me off guard, IOI?) I see the opportunity and decide to #close, said something along the lines of "hey, we should hang out again, give me your #" she said "I don't have my phone with me" I responded with "here i'll just put it into my phone" got her number they left.

I texted her 2days later, as we were having another party, it was a mass text so formalities were a shy

Me - "Down to party?" - 8:19pm (again it was a mass text)

HB7 - "Who is this" - 8:20pm (expected something like that)

Me - "[name], figured you wouldn't remember" -8:27pm (tried to tease)

HB7 - "I just didn't have your number" ~60+hours later (failed at teasing) - 5:02pm

Me - "I forgive you...but, you can make it up to me by coming to a party we're having this thursday" - 8:14pm (I kinda like this msg)

HB7 - "I'm down!" - 8:25pm

Me - "Make sure to bring your party pants this time :)" - 10:04pm (tried to tease again)

HB7 - "haha will do" - 10:07pm

Night of the party

Me - "Hey...you ready to party tonight?" - 7:53pm (attempted to get confirmation, and to remind her, probably should've done it the day before)

HB7 - "Yeah!" - 8:33pm

She shows up around midnight, I say hi, said something along the lines of "hey, you need to catch up" she says something like "yeah", I tell her I have shots upstairs in my room, we go there, where she's isolated (probably should've escalated or kino) I talked to her a bit took a few shots, went back downstairs....

Night went on, she was about to leave, luckily my friend managed to get her and her sister to stay a lil bit long by challenging them to a game of beerpong. Said something along the lines of "why are you leaving so early?" (probably came off needy, but I had lil time to work) forgot what she said but I managed to isolate her again by taking her up to my room...again... Where....again...I failed to escalate or kino. As we were walking downstairs a friend of mine was walking up (also a friend of hers) me and HB7 were downstairs and my friend was on the balcony between the 2nd and 3rd floor in a foyer area where the stairs are located, and he's joking around about spitting on her (we were drunk), she was saying something about daring him to spit on her, so I took the opportunity to kino, by touching her lower back and positioning her to get spit on(again...we were drunk), she started to move away fearing she might get spat on, so I wrapped my arms around her from behind to position her again, (seemed like a good idea, she didn't mind) after that she left with her sister.

Probably hear-say but I was talking to my friend who was playing beer pong with me and he was saying something about how was he trying to help me out, when she asked questions about me (most likely an IOI), I wasn't really too fond of his answers, but I appreciate his efforts.

So my drunken self decided it would be a good idea to text (yeah drunk texts....) Me - "we're hanging out again before the end of spring break :)" - 3:28am (tried to establish another meeting)

HB7 - "yunn" - 3:33am (what?)

Me - "Or you can come over right now and still party" - 3:34am (me and my friend tried to revive the party because we wanted to keep going)

HB7 - "Party is over" - 6:06am (at this point I had already went to bed as the party could not be revived)

Me - "It was for you, cause you left so darn early" - 1:04pm (Don't know why I sent that, again this is why i'm trying to improve my text-game)

Next day, trying to start another party

Me - "Hey, what are you doing tonight? - 6:27pm

HB7 - "I'm in [another town]" - 6:28pm

Me - "Shotgun a beer for me" - 6:37pm (came off needy last time we talked so I decided to change that, any suggestions for a better response would be nice)

HB7 - "Haha I will" - 6:38am

TL;DR Had some IOIs kino'd a bit, #closed HB7, invited her to another party, failed to escalate

Overall not bad for trying to implement seddit into my social activities. Could use improvement, suggestions would be nice. Also I have this feeling HB7 isn't really interested, i'm on the fence of NEXT or PURSUE, I'm also getting the feeling of mixed signals, could be wrong. HB6 is irrelevant as I didn't really see a relationship developing, but any pointers for future game would be nice.
