Have a great time by yourself, dance and vibe to the music. Then while everyone is dancing to the music, just look around, acquire target ( the girl you would like to dance with). Then just give her your hand ( has worked 100% for me) and just vibe with her. Everyone is pretty much wasted or under something there, so dont puss out. Just don’t be a freak and stand there, go have fun so girls see you are there to party, you are fun and outgoing. They wont hesitate.

Just remember, having fun, being chill is the key. And do NOT puss out. ;))

Just chill and don't thirst too hard for girls. Do approach girls and guys often and try to make friends with everyone. If you vibe with a girl, great dance and hang out with them, but also don't be too butt hurt if they leave at some point. That's just what happens at festivals, people come and go. Grab her IG snapchat or something and y'all can meet up another day or time.
