Honestly, a last sentence worth repeating. Well written. I don't think necessarily that speech should be moderated. I honestly should have been kicked off this sub long ago regardless. However, I feel a culture of accepting or not rejecting blatant misogynistic comments is self-harming. Posts that offer nothing of value but to simply devalue women are common, and even if they are downvoted, they still offer a place for true sexists to shout into the void with no repurcussions. From the outside l…

And many people here, maybe even you, do the exact same to them. This is why I'm saying the misogynistic filth that lives on these comment boards is hurting any chance the MRM has of general acceptance.

This is an actual insightful point. I'm all about eliminating the draft, but I disagree that men and women have effectively unequal voting rights. We're talking about a procedural technicality vs. plane old not having rights. As far as sentencing, I'm not an expert but I'm willing to guess it has something to do with loads more crimes that us men commit vs women.

The slur right out of the gates really takes away your credibility. They don't hate you because you're male, that's just your victimhood complex speaking. It's spelled toe in that figure of speech.

I don't read the feminism subs regularly so I can't comment. I do find a lot of their material equally as obnoxious and off-point though. Boy wouldn't it be awesome if there was some organization that actually facilitated meaningful discussions between these two groups, rather than these anonymous online cesspools of groupthink that predictably harbor hate towards the other. It's not me labeling this as a hate group, it's the organizations listed above. Argue with them I guess.

You attract sexists, misogynist, and some leftover incels that still need to find a home and everyone knows it. More importantly, not a thing is done to suppress it. Don't sweep away the evil thoughts that plague this sub under the guise of "trolls." Or do, but that's why these articles are written in the first place.

I appreciate and know that there are many intelligent and well-spoken individuals that subscribe to this sub. I am aware of, and agree with, many of the issues regarding men's rights that are raised here. Support for men's right during a time of prominent social progressivism for women is a very touchy subject, however it is (or should be) entirely divorced from blatant misogyny. Wins for men should not be and are not losses for women. That being said, this sub runs rampant with blatant misogyny…

Defamation...interesting. Hey, remember that time that r/mensrights gathered personal information who you thought was a blogger of feminist issues and doxxed her, only to find out it was the wrong person. She then got countless death threats sent to her school and place of employment. https://www.dailydot.com/crime/arianna-pattek-conspiracy-mra-mens-rights-reddit/ Believe me, if r/mensrights was an actual organization in April of 2013, it would have been sued into oblivion.

For somebody trying really hard to come off as superbrain, you sure do lean heavily on the childish "you're a masochistic gay" bit. The next time you sense confrontation with a female (provided you actually talk to one, which it seems might take a while) go ahead and act on those feelings. Fight fire with fire. First and foremost, you eloquent dweeb: r/iamverysmart The issue is to not allow someone to mistreat you. How often is it that someone hits you that you haven't already mistreated them? Do you find yourself getting suckerpunched by girls a lot? Men are still raping and beating the shit out of women. So yes, when men have proven to always be the abuser, and continue to be the abuser, they don't get to claim to be the victim. Shed you victim mentality, go outside and realize the world isn't a scary place where women have free reign to beat up men, and know if you're a decent, respectful person you shouldn't be dealing with any type of violence anyway. Or continue to whine on your online safe space like a bitch.

Let's face it, you've taken to your online safe space to whine about how you're scared that women can legally beat you up. Pretty humiliating if you ask me. And also categorically wrong. There is no discrete laws for men and women regarding violence. Obviously different leniencies are given to the different sexes, but that's because women are often at a physical disadvantage. And also because since the beginning of history men have been raping and beating the shit out of women and not the other …

Are you really trying to equate a slap in the face to sexual assault? History has shown that, left to their own devices, men will push the line as much as possible and often step over it. Women, historically not. If you can't take a little slap in the face, try finding somewhere else to vent your sexual frustration than this sexist, backwards subreddit. And definitely don't try to tell anybody that a slap in the face is the same as raping a woman, it why nobody respects you guys.

The MRM has reached the event horizon and become the very thing its mocks about feminism. Now an advertisement for a mobile game is actually a social commentary on the repression of men? If this ad makes you emotional, you're so close. You're so close to understanding what actual oppression against an actual minority is. It's that feeling, but ascribe it to warrentless police killings, systematic marginalization, or rampent sexual harassment, not an ad for a video game.
