I could not eat at work, but then I would pass out in the gym. Anyway I think it's time to change work place. It's fucking me up, I'll get some medical weeks off, anyway with the Corona and shit they can leave at home without a problem, and in the meantime I'll look for something else

My main problem is my work place, I have to stay on one spot for long periods of time, right after eating, I get so bloated that I can hardly breathe. As for foods, almost everything I eat gets me bloated, not eating gets me bloated. I'm also positive I might have SIBO

I know man, this whole thing started after my break-up, got me into a depressed state, lost so much weight and fat in an unhealthy way. I had pylori too but got rid of it with a gastroscopy and some antibiotics, but yeah the main problem is still there. I'll just live with it, won't stop me from doing my best
