This would depend on the state and cities ADA laws. In many older/dense cities where it would be far too expensive to make a bathroom comply with current ADA laws (many of them are very picky and next to impossible to comply with completely) they opt to just not offer a public restroom. I don’t blame them.

It's the mandatory part that I don't like. That's a huge added expense to a lot of families. Maybe $500 isn't much to you but it is to me. I'll be honest and say I don't have an optimal solution to catch infidelity, but government mandated paternity tests isn't the right answer. According to google, legal paternity tests range from $300-$500. I would greatly disagree that it's worth forcing every parent to pay for this. Births are too expensive as is. Don't add to it with wasteful tests. Edit: hearing back from many responses has made me think it over more and perhaps the problem is more rampant than I realized.

What? The only reason this posted is because tab part of the forced Prop 65 regulation in California that mandates pretty much anything that could possibly cause cancer one day to be labeled.
