Very much so. They cheat without hesitation or provocation, just because they want to. Hypergamy is real, and the amount of women willing to drop their husband/bf for what they perceive to be a “better deal” is staggering. If you’re what they think they want, they will do and put up with almost anything to get what they want. I haven’t paid for a formal date in over 2 years. I don’t buy flowers or gifts. The most I’ll do is buy a drink while I’m out at a bar, but only if it’s someone I’m already…

I’m slightly reluctant to say, but I think I may be included in the top percentiles. 6’3”, conventionally handsome, physician in a major city with my own practice. I drive a luxury sport sedan and live in a trendy city home that has been professionally decorated. No problem meeting women traditionally or online, I would average 20-25 matches a day in the apps. Out and around town, I can’t remember the last time I went and approached a woman, I usually wait and let them approach me or make themse…

Aggressive, domineering and insufferable. Most need to be right at all times, and will argue the most minuscule points to stroke her ego. I’ve had a few of the boss chick types approach me in an attempt to form a “power couple,” but after watching their interactions with other people, I was wholly uninterested. I’d want peace, and not someone that has to prove a point at every turn. Interestingly enough, most of the true CEO/COO/CFOs that I know personally, are kind, caring and personable. They a…

So essentially, the women date/sleep with the top 10% guy, and when they can’t get the commitment they desire from him, they grab another guy and make the best of it.

She seems like that type that would make your life a living hell if you didn’t appeal to her whims at a moments notice. Women like that have the same soulless, vapid look in their eyes.

Personally I’d welcome the test. Had a couple of exes that were still working through past issues of infidelity and trust issues. Showing them “proof” of me doing nothing more than going to work and coming home with no extracurricular activities would be vindicating, but at what cost? She’d still figure a way in her mind that I somehow manipulated the test or the people giving the test, and then we’d be back at square one. I guess the moral of the story is: go to therapy people!

Typically, I get a fair amount of attention compared to my non white counterparts, but a bit less than my white friends. Most of the women I’ve dated have been very beautiful, including a former print model, a small time movie star etc. Age range for me is 25-31, and I tend to date across ethnic groups, aside from white (preference mostly). I’m 38

Witty, above average intelligence and income (physician), been in therapy for past issues, good relationships with friends and family. 6’4”, 200 lbs, shaved head with full beard, lives alone, no kids, own my own practice and also other business investments. Social drinker, non smoker, no drugs, gambling or anger issues. Frankly, I’m tired of doing fun stuff alone, and want someone sweet to come along. Oh and I need help decorating, I work a lot and haven’t gotten around to it. Caveat: I want to …

Commenting anecdotally… On paper, I rank in the top 2-5% as far as height (6’4”), income (200+), career (physician) and even on something as subjective as facial attraction, 2 or 3 compliments a day on average. Most of the time, women hit on and approach me. Even when they are told that they are one of many, they double down and try to convince me that they are marriage material. Skin and hair products, toothbrushes, earrings etc are left out on the bathroom vanity, and no one says a word. When …

When we think of abuse, we tend to think of physical or financial abuse, directed at women. Emotional abuse is real and verbal abuse is real. Just as bad and a toxic behavior. Many women give the silent treatment to get their way, regularly accuse their partner of cheating, use profane language in arguments, and even justify physical violence. They sexually assault men and try to laugh it off as a joke or that it’s not a big deal. Many have been told for so long that they can do no wrong, especi…

I’ll give her that she’s kept up with her body, even though most of it is plastic surgery. That face is heavily filtered, and it still looks like it has some hard miles on it.

I’ve seen that happen as well. Stepfather raised the girl from 4 years old, dad was a loser drunk. Guess who she wanted to walk her down the aisle? Bio dad, that is still such a drunk that he was asked to leave the resort because of his behavior. That was definitely my eye opener. A stepfather is a walking wallet and a bailout plan when a relationship fails.

Chiming in as yet another brotha… I get pissed still. Why? Because this person has the nerve to get mad at me and demand I accept this half ass attempt at whatever she’s doing. Accept someone else’s kid and work myself to death so she can “study” art and then badger me all day about how bad men are. She can go play in traffic.
/r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen02/02/22 06:22 PM

That strategy really trips me out. Do you really think a self-made, wealthy man that’s smart enough to be in the top 5% of earners is stupid enough to let someone 10–20 years younger than him trick him out of more money that he’s willing to throw away on her? It just doesn’t make sense. He didn’t get to that level by being stupid and making bad decisions.

If her neck hurts too much to work, you can bet your bottom dollar it’s going to hurt to much for any type of fun once you get home from beating yourself up to provide for her and another man’s kid. Why didn’t she make it work with him? Oh she was strong and independent until she wasn’t. I feel sorry for the poor soul that falls in this trap, she’s a stray that wants a place to stay.

IMHO: wife material means just that, you’re someone that he wants to protect and provide for until he’s no longer on this earth. He wants to build a legacy with you. Husband material= you’re a good worker and I’m going to gladly put you to work for me after I’m done having fun.

Very insightful. The only thing I’d like to add, is to watch out for the women that are in their early to mid 30s as well, even if they don’t have children already. They know their window is closing, so they can be desperate and conniving. They will act as if you are soulmates, and try to rush you along to the altar or into fatherhood.

I just had this discussion with a girl at my office. Yes, it is 100% her body and she is more than able to post pictures of whatever she pleases, as long as everyone is consenting and she is of age. Following the same thought process, I am also 100% allowed to decide who I will pursue and carry a relationship with based on their actions. Would I ever try to control a woman? No. But I will definitely watch her actions, and move accordingly.

I wouldn’t necessarily say something wrong. Consider it this way if you will… In today’s hookup culture, most don’t hesitate to sleep with someone that they find with attractive traits. As a guy, I’m sure you’ve been with women that you would be with, but never date seriously. I seem to get a lot more “potential husband” attention than “fling” attention. Ultimately I guide the interaction to the level that I’m ok with and go from there.

I won’t necessarily say that it’s very easy, but I will readily admit, that I have much different experience than most of my friends. I get angry, because a lot of them are looked down on by women who feel like they are out of their league. For reference, I’m 6’4” (ish), A little under 90kg, workout frequently, play competitive sports with my friends that played in college or professionally. I won’t rate my looks on the scale, but I do get catcalled or approached by women a few times a week. Own…

Which makes absolutely zero sense. If a guy is in the top 20% physically, top 10% financially, intelligent, well spoken and well travelled… Why wouldn’t he have a lot of women looking at him as a potential? If I fought for the past years to make myself a top 10% guy, there’s no way I’m letting some pretty girl thats a dime a dozen entertain multiple guys along with me. And most of the time, the girls from FDS, aren’t that cute and weigh more than me.

Yes don’t forget living with their parents. I know a baby mama that brags about making 100k a year and “not settling,” but she lives at home with her parents and kid at 33. It’s easy to get ahead and take lavish vacations when you’re not shelling out 2k in a mortgage every month.
