If you are self employed you have to be extra vigilant not to isolate yourself. I've been self employed my whole life and sometimes it would definitely be nice to interact with other people once in a while during work.

Sunlight ages the fuck out of you though. It might just be the visual exposure to light, not the skin exposure. You should do an experiment where you wear hella sunscreen when "tanning" and see if it still helps.

Pro tip: Take vitamin K along with vitamin D to prevent hyper calcemia. A good explanation I read is vitamin K ensures the Vitamin D goes where it needs to.

Put some full body pictures (that actually look good) obviously, but never list your actual height. They'll be able to judge better based on that. If they ask for your height and say something like "oh I'm 5'8" just say some shit like "don't worry I'll bring a ladder".

Call me old fashioned but I find it disgusting when anyone around me just farts indiscriminately; men, women, best friends, the dog. Burping too. Can't help it, I find it gross. In a relationship it would definitely turn me off hugely.

Random funny story about a super tall dude I met at an industry conference one time. I don't know remember exactly how tall he was (100% well over 7 feet), but he was by far the tallest human I've ever seen, and he was apparently the (2nd?) tallest person in his country (not going to say it for his privacy, but it was a European country). Anyway, I was talking to him and he mentions how people always ask his height, and sure enough one of the booth worker girls (like HB8-9, they hire cuties to w…

Articles mentioning he didn't like his height. Guy was apparently 5'9" wtf lol. Thats not even short. Imagine being a billionaire and being insecure about being 1" less than average height (in western countries).

Lol yea I saw this one chick's bumble account. On the matches page it showed the blurred thing to try and get you to pay to see all your matches early. It fucking said "50+" matches waiting. She's like, "Eh I don't think those are all real". She's like a 7 on her best day. They really don't get it haha

You're right, but I encourage you to watch the video, it's not at all about "sliding into their DMs" or trying to 'game' them directly on instagram. The super TL;DR is that most guys either don't use instagram at all, or suck REALLY bad at it. But if you just post normal cool stuff in your story and posts, girls will watch your story and see that you're not a creeper, but actually a normal cool guy. Which alone gives you a huge advantage. And if you do it well enough, they'll start to actually s…

Maybe, just maybe, both sides of the spectrum are essential to the human race in the long run. But the problem comes when the dial shifts too far to one side.

I know RSD isn't always super popular around here, but Owen made a video specifically talking about how Instagram basically created a paradigm shift in game, and if you're not using Instagram you're shooting yourself in the foot, even though everyone recognizes social media is cancerous. Because like it or not, girls are ALL on social media, and it's a huge part of their life, so you can either ignore it or take advantage. Definitely worth a watch at least: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5IUxK…

People who wear scrubs to bars... I'd give em shit for that, that's disgusting. On lunch break during a work day or something, that's one thing, but wearing them after work is literally just for flexing.

I'd disagree with the "don't do gym at home" thing. All I've got is a pair of adjustable dumbbells, a bench, and a pullup bar, and I'm in the best shape of my life so far. Will I outgrow them? Sure, but when starting out, I think the key is reducing the 'activation energy' required to start a workout. If you never worked out regularly before, it's a lot easier to do so if you only have to go into the other room. Then once you get to a point where you need to lift heavier than what you can do at …

Life, and the world in general, isn't fair at all. Yes, it absolutely sucks that a single 5-second mistake (made while your brain is literally trying to override your own logic) can lead to such a drastic change in your life. Doesn't matter if you are married to her or you don't even know her name, the risk is the same. And the choice of what you do afterwards is the same. Either you stick around or you don't. Always wanted a kid? Think you can tolerate the mother when not fucking her? Sure stic…

I rarely watch porn anymore, but if I don't jack it for 2-3 days it gets to the point where I'm so distracted by horniness that it's counter productive. Like I'll literally wake up in the middle of the night with a boner and not be able to sleep till I deal with it.

Super Elite Pro Tip (experts only): If you smile at a girl and she smiles back, you wink, etc, then want to look away again, do this. Blink and move your eyes away during the brief time your eyes are closed. It might need to be a slightly longer than normal blink, just do it relaxed. Many animals such as cats do this so they can stop eye contact with another cat (eye contact is aggressive to them), but because they don't see you actually move your eyes away, it avoids the submissive gesture.

My biggest advice. Don't just focus on women. Spend more time making friends with guys, especially social ones. You'll have more fun in general, and the women will be a positive side effect. You're just starting, so the first couple months it's completely normal to just jump in and "force" a conversation to start a friendship. It might seem weird, but the first stage of university is one of the few times in your life where people won't question you trying to befriend everyone very quickly, and t…

You have to have sound enough mind to know to GTFO of the situation immediately. As pussy as it sounds, your instinct in that situation should be to vacate the area. If it's anywhere except your house, you walk out the door immediately, and have zero contact with her after that (assuming it's an episode of like phyisically attacking you). If it's at your place, I wouldn't leave her with all my stuff, so the only solution is to prepare ahead of time with a security camera. As soon as things look …

Yep, that's why I recommend getting some sort of nest cam for your apartment/house, I've got one in wide view of the whole apartment. I don't make an attempt to hide it (it's in an obvious spot), but I have it set so the little light is off so it doesn't draw any unnecessary attention. People rarely ever mention it, if they do, I just say it's off, I don't really care.

Perhaps that's what set him off. Realizing what she must have been doing all the other times he wasn't even there. Still hard for me to comprehend why some men flip out on the guy and not the girl. Not like the guy even necessarily knows her situation. Guess it's a cognitive dissonance thing, easier to blame the stranger then realize your woman is cheating on you because she doesn't respect you.

May I suggest starting off at a neighboring college, for a couple reasons. If you're inexperienced, you'll probably fuck up a bit, no worries. But if you go to another college to practice, you'll have less pressure because you can always know "you don't have to see these people every day". Also, if you REALLY suck, you don't want to develop a reputation, or burn through all your prospects before you're good. If asked why you're there, you can easily say "you're visiting a friend", or "taking a t…

Protip: In my experience, and what I've read online, body acne is the kind that is fixable with pyrithione zinc. One common product with that is head and shoulders shampoo. I used to have hella chest acne, looked like shit, tried all the typical "acne treatment" stuff like clearasil, wouldn't work. Started rubbing on regular classic head and shoulders onto the area, and soon enough it was gone. You may even try once during the shower where you rinse it off, plus a bit at night where you rub it i…

What really gives me conniptions is the idea of the movie idiocracy. I really think stupid people breeding is a problem. You see it in islamic culture where an insane percentage of them are literally inbred, yet have a dozen kids. Which is bad enough, then you add on the whole terroristic koran. Personally, I'm a nihilist. I also have enough fucked up genetic mental issues where I've decided to never have kids (and got a vasec, so worth it). I simply wouldn't do that to anyone, life is just over…

I don't see how that's fucking up, unless you said it in some kind of tone that was perceived as bragging. Dude just sounds like he has a bunch of pent up anger and you triggered him. It's not like you'd expect someone to get angry for telling them you're a vegetarian or something (maybe an eye roll or something but not flipping out).

If you don't think you'll ever want kids, get a vasectomy. If you think there's a chance you'll want kids, you can freeze some sperm. It's not cheap but you can freeze it for 10 years for ~$2500 (that's if you prepay the whole decade). Plus, keep in mind your body is still producing sperm. So your next option if you decide to have kids after a vasectomy is to reverse it. It is a much more complicated procedure than the initial vasectomy (and will probably require general anesthesia), but success…

Basically anything that talks about "forward head posture". The mental and physical are inseparable. Do one of those head posture exercises on YouTube even though it's temporary (you'll have to keep doing them to make the effect last), you'll literally instantly feel more confident with your head up and posture straight, I guarantee it. I'm sure you know about the studies that show people feeling more confident after doing "power poses" before interviews. Our brain takes cues from our body, so you can try to improve your confidence as much as you want, b…

Maybe if they're true refugees. Most of them right now are pure economic migrants. 90% of them are fighting age, undeducated men, not the women, children, doctors and engineers the media has been saying.

It might seem like a leap of logic, and they're not quite related, but he's right. In Islam you're taught to have a shit ton of kids. In countries that are taking in "refugees" the birthrates of muslims is multiple times higher than Europeans. Eventually they will have enough to elect officials (see: Sadiq Khan). Eventually they may very well become a majority. Even if not, they brought extremely violent culture with them. It's no coincidence, for example, that anti-semetic attacks in Europe hav…

Your problem sounds like you have a thin neck. Look up neck exercises, like simple plate tilts, and a neck harness you hang a weight on. Neck size is something SO many people forget about, and might not even notice consciously, but it makes a massive difference in masculinity perception. I'll add to that. One big reason you don't want to be specific is in case she doesn't respond at all. And, even if she does, don't underestimate the court/jury's ability to gobble up the most absurd bullshit ever. Example 1 - Text: "Had a great time having sex!" Response: None A year later in court: "He sent that to taunt me!" Example 2 - Text: "Had a great time having sex!" Response: "Yea same!" In court: "I said that because I was scared" / "He made me send that!"

It's a huge reason why I don't plan on getting a mortgage any time soon. I like having the ability to move when I want. I may very well get a condo at some point so I can customize the shit out of it, but honestly I'd rather wait till I can pay for it in cash, so worse come to worst, I could rent an additional apt.

You can do dumbbell presses instead. I actually prefer them because you don't need to find a spotter, supposedly improves stabilizing muscles, and ensures that one arm isn't doing more work than the other.
