I've done that in the past, but I don't like doing it. Thing is, it's not always black and white so the reason she gives you might be completely false. Just keep on going, trying, experiencing, and the answers will appear in and of themselves in the right time.

People tell themselves motivation posts like these are useless and that they lack the tools to actually make the change. This is just another excuse they use to stay in their place. The mere point is get a person to start moving and doing something. People read too much, they learn too much, they do too little. 80% of the self-help books that I read taught me nothing valuable. It was only when I went out and started doing things that my life began to change.

I saw a beautiful girl on the bus, hesitated a little and decided to go in despite the anxiousness... told her that I haven't done this in a while but she seems beautiful, asked her number, didn't work out, bye bye. Find an activity that will tone down this hyper. I'm not saying to suppress it - note the difference - I'm just thinking you need something that'll allow you more control over this hyperness. Lifting weights is awesome for this, combined with meditation and good nutrition you will become a stable man; one that's able both to be a crazy child and also a serious man when needed.

Find some powerful passionate activity to engage in, man. Listen, think about it like this: You love lifting weights. Just hitting the gym and killing the fucking bar. Putting on pound after pound on this Deadlift. Or mayabe you love poetry and you read all day long Khalil Gibran's The Prophet because poetry makes you passionate. If you find this thing, all of the nonsense around you and in your mind will die instantly.

I would suggest brutal honesty man. It works like a charm every time. Go up to a girl you find attractive (...search ones that are alone, it's easier at the beginning) and say exactly what you feel. "Listen, I've never done this before. My heart races. But I want your number". You'll see that eventually the anxiety fades until you start saying this "line" out of habit when in reality you're calm like a zen master.

Don't focus on 'fixing' your jealousy, it won't work. It'll just stir the water even more... Instead, focus on getting the women you want, and when your heart's desire will be fulfilled you'll be more receptive and calm about others successes. As to how to win the women you want... pure hard work and experience. And don't forget courage, because if you don't make a serious move (other than getting to know her and laughing...) how can you expect to win her over?

Yeah man, use the information you have. Listen, I can tell you do this and that, but what's the point? You can't calculate human interactions and when's the right time. What would I suggest? To stop trying to figure it out and create some kind of formula. Do what you wanna do, and allow yourself to fuck it up completely (pun intended). Listen, worst case scenario she will say NO. Try again few minutes later. It's like when Reddit crashes; you just wait a few minutes and go in again.
