Stay here for a while, soak up all the information you can and try and think about whether you have any special skills that can benefit the movement, especially somewhere that may have a gap. Also think about which arm of the movement best suits your personality. There are many sub groups, all with slightly different views and methods. You can critically evaluate art. It is subjective but all art has a degree if technical competency and also inspiration which you can base arguments upon. I would say you don't understand how it works. Let's put it this way. If there is a criteria for evaluating a good actor, doesn't it serve to reason that 1 individual could, at least hypothetically, score highly enough on that criteria to be the best. I would consider him part of this generation. He is a great actor no question. I would still argue Bale is overall better, simply for the fact that he plays a far wider range of characters. For all his talent, DiCaprio has been playing the same tortured anti hero, often brought down by his love for a toxic woman, for far too long it seems. He does play that role very well though.

As much as I'd like to disagree, you're absolutely right. I personally sided with the MRM purely because when you rationally weigh up the cases it has the more compelling one, but most people are less rigorous in their analysis and more influenced by manner. That said I think the MRM already take the high ground as much as possible without being too submissive. I was pushed toward the MRM because I was abused for pointing out the flaws in a methodology of a study. That doesn't happen in the MRM.
