When i went through my first breakup i didn't feel anything, the second one hurt a little more but I was over it pretty fast. Didn't talk to either, except when the second saw me on snapchat and asked how i was. I didn't respond, I think i might be a sociopath or something or just wasnt that invested. Thanks for your reply I really appreciate it, yeah it is i feel like a fucking walrus everyday and I hate it. Bodybuilding meaning higher reps lower weight? And for cardio i was thinking interval training. Not sure if thats what i need or low intensity. Thanks again dude for the help.

Yeah you're right, ive started to hit the gym hard again recently, trying to find more nutrition and workout guides on here to read. Plan right now is to basically do intermittent fasting and cut out all sugars, processed food and alcohol. Eat a high protein diet with a ton of veggies. For my workouts im thinking of mainly doing squats, deadlifts and benchpress. And training specific body parts on whatever im doing that day to complement it. Yeah i would say thats accurate, just from reading here. I don't have much experience in this tbh but the anecdotes speak for themselves. Im confused about one thing here though, Billy was clearly the better partner in terms of sustaining offspring. Unless she doesnt want kids at all until shes in her mid 30s and used up..
